Return and exchange policy
We understand that sometimes you may wish to return your purchases.
We are happy to assist you with that.
We receive returns and exchange requests within 14 working days from the date of receiving the request through one of ourofficial communication channels.
we refund you the money according to the payment method in which the order was created within 14 working days of receiving the order from the shipping company, and we are not responsible for any additional time charged by banks during the refund process.
Exchange and return are refused in the following cases:
· Products that have been damaged as a result of misuse or that show signs of wear.
· Products that have been used, or altered, which made it different from their original condition.
· Underwear is not exchangeable or refundable unless it is defective.
· Products missing some of their accessories such as packaging items or size labels.
If you order a product during the discount period and wish to replace it with another product after the discount period ends, the process will be subject to the discounted price of the returned product, and the current price of the new product, and the shipping cost of the returned shipment is on the buyer to ship the item back to us and send
